Will I receive a receipt for my tax-deductible gift?
Yes. All gifts to World Food Program USA are tax-deductible and you will receive an email receipt for your records upon completion of your donation.
My recipient hasn’t received their ecard yet. When will it be sent?
The ecard should have been delivered when you completed your donation. Please be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.
I made a mistake with my donation or changed my mind about donating to WFP USA. How can I request a refund?
If you have made an error in submitting your donation or changed your mind about contributing to World Food Program USA, we will honor your request for a refund within 30 days of your donation.
To request a refund, call 202-627-3939. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
